1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using TeeTrip (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

The App allows users to send messages and upload photos in group chats. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

  • You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You agree not to harass, threaten, or bully other users.
  • Enforcement: We reserve the right to review, remove, or delete any content at our discretion. Users found violating this policy will have their accounts suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.
  • Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or block abusive users directly within the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

TeeTrip offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("TeeTrip Pro").

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App, including the GPS Rangefinder data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
